Ultra Low Biuret Urea  is a white, solid, granular. It is manufactured in confined spaces by compressing pure urea powder which avoids the melting, heating of the urea where the majority of biuret is formed, also it has few impurities compared with standard urea. It is an organic amide molecule containing 46% nitrogen in the form of amine groups. Urea is infinitely soluble in water and is a benign and safe chemical to handle.

■Industrial application

If use STARCOCHEM ultra low biuret urea (biuret content below 0.2%) to blend AdBlue, the parameters will be perfect, biuret content can be lower than 0.06%. Top quality AdBlue is special for luxury diesel cars, also it can solve almost all SCR system problems caused by standard AdBlue. Standard AdBlue will cause many SCR system stoppages, it will create inconveniences and losses for drivers, also it will damage SCR system, they have to stop to repair trucks.

●Advantages

 √   High purtity, fewimpurities.

√   Top quality AdBlue will not create bubbles.

√   Top quality AdBlue don’t have floccule and sediments, much more transparent than normal AdBlue.

√   Top quality AdBlue will not be crystallization and will not block nozzles of SCR system

√   Extending the lifecycle of SCR system.

√   Top quality AdBlue will avoid alarm from SCR system.

■Agriculturial application

Urea is the most efficient form of nitrogen for leaf absorption, but it should be ultra low-biuret products must be used, as biuret (a nitrogenous bi-product) is phytotoxic to plants.

●Advantages:

√  A foliar spray on high value tree crops such as avocados and citrus as a source of nitrogen

√  A foliar spray to reduce the risk of frost damage

√  Reduce this risk of leafburn on thos crops sensitive to biuret

All Urea contains biuret, an impurity in urea that can cause agronomic problems. This is usually not a problem, as most crops grown in New Zealand have a biuret tolerance of 4-5%. However, some crops are sensitive to biuret, where high levels can cause leaf burn. To reduce this risk low-biuret
